How to Participate
Our Advisory Board meets quarterly, and we welcome public participation. Meetings may be held in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format.
Attend In Person
Most meetings are held at the Washoe County Commission Chambers or another county facility.
Attend Online (Zoom)
The link and Meeting ID are listed on the specific meeting agenda. Visit zoom.us to join manually.
Join by Telephone
Dial the number on the agenda and use these commands during the meeting:
*9 Raise Hand
*6 Mute/Unmute
Public Comment Guidelines
Public comment is encouraged at the start and end of every meeting, and on items marked "For Possible Action."
Three-Minute Limit: Each speaker is limited to 3 minutes per comment period. Unused time may not be shared.
Sharing Documents: Please bring 10 printed copies for the Board. For cybersecurity reasons, digital files (USBs) cannot be accepted.
